SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Items that are ordered will ship within 1-3 business days.

Please be aware - Project Spread Smiles will not be held accountable for any issues once your package leaves PSS facilities. This means if your package is lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, problems with your address, stolen or undelivered packages, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier. 

 

PRE-ORDERS 

If items you have purchased are on PRE-ORDER, they will be shipped in line with the time period stated on the product page. However, we can not be held accountable for any external factors that may affect the original time period stated. If an order includes an item that is listed under PRE-ORDER in the description, your full order will be shipped together.
